    • Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
      • Low temperature dishwasher for ware washing, measured 0 ppm chlorine. Corrected on site changed sanitizer bucket and chlorine measured 100 ppm. Intake hose was bent to above water line. Test dishwasher sanitizer in the morning going forward. Dispose and replace expired test strips. All dishwasher from the breakfast service were return though the dishwasher to be sanitized.
    • Improper Sanitary Facilities
      • Dinning room hand sink, paper towel dispenser was empty. Corrected onsite, dispenser was refilled.
    • Food Handler Training
      • Email Environmental Health Officer copy of FoodSafe level 1 certificates by June 19, 2026 to ensure they are valid and have not expired when executive operator is back on site. Renew FoodSafe certificates if expired.
    • Operations and Maintenance/Other
      • Cook log is missing day. Immediately resume daily cook log going forward.
      • Comments Routine inspection conducted today. Kitchen hand sink fully stocked with soap, paper towels, hot and cold water. All coolers measured lower than or equal to 4°C, freezer at lower than or equal to 18°C - logs maintained. Hot holding is not in use a time of inspection. Quat sanitizer for surfaces measured 200 ppm. Overall facility was clean with no signs of pests at the time of inspection.
