    • 303 - Critical Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
      • Observation: Construction of the dishwashing area was incomplete at the time of inspection and the premises had been operating prior to this initial inspection. As such, this premises cannot be operated as a stand alone facility and utensils must be cleaned & sanitized in a separately permitted food premises. Operator has ordered the required material necessary for the completion of this construction.
      • Corrective Action: Construction of the dishwashing area must be completed: walls, ceiling & floor must be properly finished; ceiling must be sealed to prevent the entry of pests; and 3-compartment sink with hot & cold running water and a sewer connection must be installed.
