    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Toys and bins in the classrooms were dirty. Dust accumulation was also observed on shelves/floors.Please clean and sanitize these areas immediately. Ensure to get into all hard-to-reach areas.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The table cover in the butterfly classroom was torn and worn out making the surface uncleanable. Please replace the table cover. All surfaces in the facility must be smooth, impervious to moisture and easily cleanable.
    • 26. Are proper measures being taken to ensure that vermin do not enter or exist in the facility (Critical)?
      • Mice droppings were observed along the walls and on toy bins in the storage room. Mice droppings were also observed behind the kitchen fridge and under shelves in all classrooms. The most recent pest control report dated January 19th, 2024, indicated rodent activity. - Increase the frequency of pest control monitoring and provide pest control reports.- Deep clean all areas of the facility and disinfect with 1000 ppm bleach solution. Ensure to rinse any food contact surface with water. - Keep food/children's lunch boxes covered to prevent contamination.
