      • Flooring was damaged in portions of the front and back areas of the kitchen. The floor in front of the walk-in cooler had black grease and dirt buildup. *All floors, walls, shelves, and counters must be smooth, easily cleanable, and impervious to moisture. Repair or resurface the floor.
