      • May 5, 2025: According to the manager, a service call had been conducted, however, dishwashing machine is still inconsistent during the sanitation cycle. It was also observed that the issue with the wash cycle had not been resolved, and the machine is still dispensing detergent during the sanitation cycle and not the wash cycle. Do not use the machine until it has been serviced to address the noted issues and it has been inspected by a public health inspector.May 1, 2025: The concentration of chlorine in the dishwasher was measured 0 ppm on several tries and it measured at 50 ppm on one try, the detergent and rinse were also dispensing at the end of the dishwashing cycle. - Do not use the dishwasher until serviced. The concentration of chlorine during the sanitation cycle of the dishwasher must be 100 ppm.
