- Observation(s): No sanitizer test strips onsite for measuring quaternary ammonia (QUAT) sanitizer.
- F2.1A Sanitizer test strips must be available for each chemical sanitizer used at the premises.

- Observation(s): No detectable sanitizer in the glasswasher behind the bar at time of inspection. Chlorine sanitizer concentration in the glasswasher should be maintained at a minimum of 50 ppm to ensure proper sanitizing action.
