- Observation(s): There is a dishwasher on-site that is not able to meet the required temperature. While a dishwasher is not required for the operation of subway as there is a 3 compartment sink available, the dishwasher was observed to be used during the time of inspection. The dishwasher either needs to be fixed to ensure that it is able to meet the required temperature of 71 degrees Celsius on the plate surface or staff is to use the 3 compartment sink for cleaning and sanitizing.
