     • 1. There was significant damage to surfaces noted in the chemical room, especially over pipes and vents. If renovations are to be conducted to address this issue, please submit plans to EPH. 2. Significant rusting on the back of the climbing wall feature. Several screws were missing from the floor anchors for the climbing wall, which may pose a safety concern for climbers.
