      • In Server B, high temperature dishwasher was in disrepair. Maximum temperature measured 67.9C at dish level after multiple cycles. - Repair the dishwasher.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • 1. There was a visible gap noted on the exterior double doors in the receiving area. - Eliminate the gaps and ensure weatherstripping is installed as needed.2. One dead mouse and mouse dropping were observed in the ice machine room.- Ensure regular checks and cleaning is performed.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • In main kitchen, there was accumulation of debris near the grease trap underneath the dishwashing line. - Thoroughly clean underneath the dishwashing line.
