- In Server B, high temperature dishwasher was in disrepair. Maximum temperature measured 67.9C at dish level after multiple cycles. - Repair the dishwasher.

- 1. There was a visible gap noted on the exterior double doors in the receiving area. - Eliminate the gaps and ensure weatherstripping is installed as needed.2. One dead mouse and mouse dropping were observed in the ice machine room.- Ensure regular checks and cleaning is performed.
