      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed back hand washing sink without running hot water.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that hand washing sinks are adequately equipped with running hot/cold water, paper towel and liquid hand soap.
      • Correct by: Immediately. Facility has access to mid area kitchen handwashing sink as well for hand hygiene in addition as a temporary measure that staff use.

      • 1. Store surface sanitizer spray bottles in a sanitary manner and
      • 2. Store raw meats below produce to prevent contamination.
      • Corrected during inspection: Surface sanitizer spray bottles removed and to be cleaned and sanitized prior to use. Raw meats now stored below produce on racks in walk-in cooler.
