- ***Discussed proper glove procedure with the staff person doing the food handling. The first step to putting on gloves is washing hands. She went and washed her hands following the discussion.

- ***Discussed the volume of milk being out at one time and they removed the almost full 4 liter container back to the refrigerator and brought back a smaller amount. This way any that is not used up, it will be discarded after being was left out.
