      • A sanitizing solution was not observed at the time of inspection.Please be advised that one of the approved sanitizing solutions must be present in the facility at all times
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The maximum temperature of high temperature dishwasher was noted to be at 66 degrees C. Please ensure to turn the dishwasher on so that it has time to reach the temperature.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. Ceiling tiles were noted to be porous at the time of inspection. Please replace all ceiling tiles with smooth, easy-to-clean and moisture resistant material.2. The bathroom door was noted to be open at the time of inspection. A self-closing mechanism was not observed. Please install a self-closing mechanism on the door and ensure it remains closed at all times.3. An area located underneath the kitchen sink was not smooth. Please cover this area.
