- Observation: Some clutter (pots, pans) around storage areas near door to furnace room. Unorganized kitchen areas may interfere with effective cleaning or provide opportunities for pest harborage.
- Corrective Action: Clear the kitchen area of clutter. Any pots or pans in direct contact with the floor are to be cleaned and sanitized before being placed into storage areas.

- Observation: Food premises observed in non-sanitary condition with facility being cluttery and unorganized at the time of inspection. No Integrated Pest Managemant in place. (Public health significance) - General cleanliness of food premises is important to help limit the conditions that lead to harbouring or breeding of pests.
- Corrective Action: Operator to implement pest control measures and conduct routine monitoring of the pests in the facility (set up mouse traps such as sticky mouse traps). Ensure that the mouse traps used are without any chemicals or rodenticides as this could lead to cross-contamination with the food in the kitchen. Operator to thoroughly clean and declutter the facility, specifically in and behind cabinets and to organize the contents in a clean and sanitary manner.
