- No thermometer was observed in the cooler in the bar area. Ensure all coolers are equipped with thermometers. The operator placed a thermometer in the indicated cooler during the inspection.

- The mechanical dishwasher was measured at 0ppm bleach/chlorine with bleach/chlorine test strips. Ensure that the dishwasher is repaired to maintain a concentration of 100ppm at the dish level.

- 1. A buildup of grime was observed on light switches throughout the facility. 2. A buildup of grime was observed on the mop sink and surrounding walls in the mop sink room. 3. A buildup of grime was observed on the plastic guard inside the ice machine in the bar area. 4. A buildup of grime was observed inside the carbonation tank in the bar area. 1-4. Ensure that the indicated areas are cleaned and sanitized.

- -In the walk-in cooler, raw fish was being stored above the vegetables. Action taken:-Education was provided to always store the raw meat, fish on the below shelves and the vegetables on the above shelves to avoid cross-contamination.

- -The ventilation hood was oily/greasy.- The handles of the coolers require cleaning.-The exhaust fans above the preparation area had dirt accumulated. Action required:-Please clean the indicated areas.
