      • Observation: Potentially hazardous food is stored in the sandwich table (right side) at temperatures between 8-10°C. They must be stored at 4°C or less.
      • Corrective Action: Reduce the temperature to 4°C or less. If this cannot be achieved, re-locate the food to a cooler that can maintain a temperature of 4° or less.

      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Eggs are stored in the kitchen at room temperature/ 22°C. Eggs are potentially hazardous food and must be stored at 4°C or less.
      • Corrective Action: Store eggs in a cooler at 4°C or less.

      • Observation: Containers of hand sanitizer are present in the kitchen. Hand sanitizer contains chemicals that may transfer from the hands of food handlers to food and result in allergic reactions in consumers.
      • Corrective Action: Remove all containers of hand sanitizer from the facility.
