      • Observation: The kitchen bleach solution does not have adequate chlorine to sanitize utensils and counter tops. 200 ppm chlorine is required.
      • Corrective Action: Prepare the solution by adding 1 teaspoon bleach to 1 litre warm water.
    • 312 - Items not required for food premises operation being stored on the premises [s. 18]
      • Observation: Hand sanitizer is stored at the hand washing station. Hand sanitizer is not permitted in a food service facility.
      • Corrective Action: Discard the hand sanitizer.

      • Observation: There is no written sanitation plan on site.
      • Corrective Action: Provide a written plan to the EHO and maintain the plan on site.

      • Observation: There are no indicating thermometers in the Kenmore fridge and freezer, the display fridge and the Danby freezer.
      • Corrective Action: Install thermometers as required.
