      • Used roll-on wax cartridges were observed in the waxing room, indicating they were being reused.- Discard the used roll-on wax. Roll on wax must be used and discarded after each client.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The high-level disinfectant Preempt CS20 has expired as of March 2025.- Replace the high-level disinfectant.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • Scrub containers at the pedicure station were observed to have reusable scoops stored inside them. The scoops were being double-dipped, posing a risk of cross-contamination.- Ensure only single-use scoops are utilized for dispensing scrubs and discard after each use.
