     • 1. Water beads were present in a see-through sealed container in the infant classroom.- Remove all water beads from the infant classroom and ensure they are stored out of reach and sight of children under 5. Water beads may only be used with children over 5 under supervision.2. The laundry room partition door in a classroom was broken, allowing children to access the laundry area. - Replace the partition door to restrict children’s access to the laundry area.
   • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
     • Clean laundered beddings were stored hanging on the cribs in the napping room near the infant room.Remove all clothing from cribs. Store clean clothes in a designated, sanitary location away from sleeping areas to prevent contamination
   • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
     • Cleaning cloths used for surfaces were hanging on a garbage bin.- The cleaning cloth was transferred to the laundry. Store cleaning cloths in a clean, sanitary area away from garbage bins and other sources of contamination
