- 1. A thermometer was not observed in all cold holding units. Please equip all cold holding units with a functional thermometer. 2. The temperature of the refrigerator was noted to be at 11 degrees C. The operator indicated that they just plugged the refrigerator. The operator was advised to ensure that the refrigerator is maintained at or below 4 degrees C.

- 1. A screen door was not observed by facility's main door. A screen was not observed at the serving window. Please install vermin proofing.2. A weather strip was noted to be missing from facility's main door. Please install the missing weather strip.

- -Either the facility owner or the renter must provide a suitable product for sanitizing food contact surfaces

- -Soap and paper towel dispensers should be installed and ready to use at the handwashing station

- -Mouse infestation must be eliminated-Doors and other exterior components should be tight fitting to prevent mouse entry-Grass and debris along the outside of the building should trimmed and removed so a thorough inspection of the outside walls can be completed to look for mouse holes and entry areas-Interior finishes including all baseboards, walls, and under cabinets and under sink must be fully complete to prevent mouse harborage and movementJune 28,2024;Pictures were provided to show compliance. - Pest control management will be provided by a certified pest control company.- Holes and entry areas have been identified and sealed.- Interior finishes have been done, pending the floors to be sealed the epoxy resin(shown in pictures too).

Operator intends to seal with clear epoxy resin.
