- Skin cleanser is required for waxing services. Once obtained, complete the written procedure for skin cleansing for waxing service.

- Paper towel and/or single-use cloth towels are required at the hand sink in the waxing room.

- Used nail files were at the manicure stations. Re-iterated the requirement to discard single-use equipment such as foam/cardboard nail files, buffing blocks, toe separators, cardboard covers for rotary nail drill bits etc.

- The ultrasonic units do not contain ultrasonic detergent and are not required for the services being offered. Remove the units from the facility.

- 1. The large metal foot files are not being fully soaked in HLD as required. Obtain a plastic/glass container with a lid. Ensure it is large enough to fully soak the metal foot files.2. High-level disinfectant logs are not being maintained as required. Re-iterated how to properly maintain logs.3. The pedicure foot basins were being disinfected with a disinfectant that could not be properly identified. The PreEmpt RTU disinfectant bottles have worn labels and are being re-filled however the bulk supply/container was not available to confirm disinfectant claims/expiry date. Obtain new disinfectant and relabel decanted products. Keep the original/bulk supply.

- Decanted cosmetic products are not labelled.Discussed proper cosmetic product use and the requirement to label decanted products and to keep original/bulk supplies at the facility. The original/bulk supply must be labelled with product identity, manufacturer, directions for use and/or list of ingredients.
