    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • ** Infant room - the wall was in disrepair by the cubbies and throughout the room.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • ** Toddler room - some of the foam blocks were in disrepair and had bite marks.** Toddler room - large farm yard toy was visibly dirty and require better cleaning.** Senior toddler - tree with attached play mat was not properly cleanable. Please remove from use.** OSC - holes observed in the vinyl seating around the perimeter of the program

      • -Junior toddler fridge was at 11C.-Preschool fridge 5.5C. Thermometer not accurate-Senior toddler fridge was at 5CMonitor and ensure fridges are operating at 4C or less. Replace the preschool thermometer.> Fridge thermometers replaced as of July 09 2024

      • -Junior toddler fridge was at 11C.-Preschool fridge 5.5C. Thermometer not accurate-Senior toddler fridge was at 5CMonitor and ensure fridges are operating at 4C or less. Replace the preschool thermometer.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • In the preschool room there is damage to the vinyl end seating where the foam layer underneath is exposed. This area can no longer be properly cleaned or disinfected. Also in the preschool room there is a sleeping mat which is frayed at both ends. By July 10, 2024 repair or replace the mat.The seating is to be repaired or removed by July 10, 2024.

      • June 28th update: Used cloth on top of spray in the OSC. Due to contamination concerns these clothes are single use or stored in a disfectant solution.- Used cleaning clothes observed placed on top of bottles after use
    • 28. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Critical)?
      • In the staff washroom there was a loose paper towel roll. Storing the roll in this manner alllows for the potential of one user to contaminate the roll for subsequent users.Ensure that paper towels in the staff washroom are kept in dispensers.
