      • A water-stained ceiling tile was observed in the preschool room. Please replace the indicated ceiling tile.

      • A large stain was observed on the carpet near the wall-mounted heater in the OSC Room. Ensure the indicated carpet is cleaned. Recommend steam cleaning.

      • The door to the kitchen from the OSC room was open and bleach/chlorine was observed to be stored in an unlocked cabinet. Ensure the indicated cabinet is equipped with a lock or the chemicals are relocated to an alternative location which children cannot access.

      • Wiping rags were hanging to dry in the toddler bathroom, above the toilet. This exposes the wiping rags to fecal bacteria every time the toilet is flushed. Upon request, the rags were relocated to a new space in the toddler room. Please do not store items in the washroom that will be used elsewhere in the facility.
