- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- Commercial dishwasher was not on at time of inspection. The dishwasher was turned on but not operational. Please repair the commercial dishwasher to be in good operating condition and ensure it is used for dishwashing. In the meantime, pots and pans and serving bowls can be washed and sanitized using the two sink method. Children's utensils and dishes should be single use until dishwasher is repaired.
