   • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
     • The underside of the diaper changing mat in the Toddler Room was visibly soiled.Staff were instructed to clean and disinfect the area during the inspection.
   • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
     • The paper towel dispenser in the OSC room was found empty.Staff were instructed to refill the dispenser with paper towels during the inspection.
   • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
     • The hot water handle on one of the water fixtures in the OSC room is not functioning properly. It is too difficult for a child to turn on the hot water.Repair or replace the hot water handle to ensure ease of use and proper functionality.
   • 27. Are proper measures being taken to ensure that vermin do not enter or exist in the facility (Non-Critical)?
     • A gap was noted at the bottom of the front entrance door.Repair or replace the weather stripping to eliminate the gap and prevent pest entry into the facility.
