- The hand sanitizer bottle was expired.-The operator replaced the expired bottle with a new one.-Please ensure that the hand sanitizer bottle is not expired and is up to date.

- The green soap and the sterile top up bottles were not labelled.-The operator labelled the top up bottles.-Please ensure that the cosmetic products used are clearly labelled with the product and the manufacturer information.

- The tattoo bed in the princess room was torn in a small area. (size of a looney).-Please fix the tattoo bed because the work surfaces have to be smooth, non- porous and cleanable.
