      • Bags of dry goods are stored directly on the floor in the back storage room. Ensure all food products are stored 6" off of the floor.

      • Hand sink blocked by boxes and a mechanical device is in the sink. Ensure the hand sink is accessible at all times. This is the designate hand sink and needs to be used. The dishwashing sinks or prep sink is not an adequate hand sink.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. Hot water tap on prep sink is leaking. Ensure this is repaired.2. Ventilation canopy was due for service Oct 2025. Service canopy.

      • 1. Build up of debris under sink area. CDI.2. Build up of debris on flour storage riser and ventilation canopy. Ensure this area is cleaned.
