      • 1. The areas underneath the diapering sink are dirty. Please clean and sanitize thoroughly.2. The baseboard is missing in the upstairs washroom. Please install baseboards. 3. Water damage has been observed underneath the sink and the wall by the basement washroom hand sink is in disrepair. Please make necessary repairs. 4. The light cover in the preschool classroom is cracked. Please replace it.6. The wall by the basement entrance is in disrepair. Please complete necessary repairs.

      • Toddler Room:1. Three shelves by the window are not secured and are easily moveable. Please secure these shelves. 2. A plant pot has been placed on top of an unstable shelf. Please remove it.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Improper cleaning/disinfection procedures in place. Staff informed that surfaces are wiped with a bleach solution first, followed by soap and water.Please follow the proper cleaning and disinfecting steps:- Surfaces must be cleaned first with soap and water.- After cleaning, sanitize using a bleach solution.- As 1000 ppm bleach is used for disinfection, rinse the surfaces with water afterward.

      • A cleaning rag is used to disinfect diapering mat and also to clean areas in the washroom. Observed a cleaning rag stored on top of toilet brush. Please ensure the following:- Use single-use disposable paper towels for diapering and washroom cleaning tasks only.- In classrooms, cleaning rags must be used once per task and then either disposed of or properly laundered. This practice is essential to prevent bacterial spread and cross-contamination.- Clearly labeled bins must be placed in each classroom to separate clean rags from used ones, ensuring proper handling and sanitation procedures.
