Water damage has been observed underneath the sink and the wall by the basement washroom hand sink is in disrepair. Please make necessary repairs. 4. The light cover in the preschool classroom is cracked. Please replace it.6. The wall by the basement entrance is in disrepair. Please complete necessary repairs.

      • Improper cleaning/disinfection procedures in place. Staff informed that surfaces are wiped with a bleach solution first, followed by soap and water.Please follow the proper cleaning and disinfecting steps:- Surfaces must be cleaned first with soap and water.- After cleaning, sanitize using a bleach solution.- As 1000 ppm bleach is used for disinfection, rinse the surfaces with water afterward.

This practice is essential to prevent bacterial spread and cross-contamination.- Clearly labeled bins must be placed in each classroom to separate clean rags from used ones, ensuring proper handling and sanitation procedures.
