    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • -The wall surfacing below the display coolers area at the back portion was ripped off. Action required:-Please repair the indicated surfacing. Every wall, floor and ceilings need to be smooth, durable, easily cleanable for the safe and sanitary operation of the facility
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • 1. The counter near the slush machine had liquid spills and the surface was sticky.2. The mat (made of absorbent material) on the front area had liquid spills, the surface was sticky and dirty.Action required:-Please clean and sanitize the counters regularly.-Clean the indicated areas.
    • 24. Is solid and liquid waste being managed in a suitable manner?
      • There were some dirty lids observed under the slush machine.Action required:- Please have a garbage bin near the slush machine area to properly dispose of the used/dirty lids in the garbage container.
