- Buildup of food debris and garbage was observed in hard-to-reach areas (i.e. under and behind equipment, shelving, dunnage, etc.) and areas that are not regularly cleaned (i.e. ledges, odd spots on equipment, etc.).The metal bins in the bakery containing the sugar are caked with hardened sugar on the lids.*** Please ensure that these locations are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. ***
