      • CONTINUES: The roof was noted to be leaking during the Dec 15, 2024 inspection. Repairs to the roof are scheduled for April 2025. At the time of the inspection there was water staining evident on the ceiling tiles but there was no active water/moisture intrusion.*** Please ensure the roof is repaired. ***

      • Check the cooler with the sandwiches in it. The temperature was a bit warm 5.5C to 6.5C and may have been on defrost cycle. A dedicated thermometer is required for each cooler, The temperature should be at 4C or lower.
