- Facility does not have a water proof thermometer with a max/min setting to test the dishwasher. During the inspection there was a 20degree F discrepancy between the manifold max temp and the internal temperature. Obtain thermometer for accurate testing.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The hot water tap on the three compartment sink the produce area is leaking. Ensure this is repaired.
