- -Blind cords in the Toddler Room were not secure out of children’s reach. Please secure.

- -Tape was used to repair a kitchen set in the Toddler Room; the tape was peeling. Tape is not ideal for repairing toys as it easily peels and this makes it difficult to clean. Please remove the tape and ensure the surface of the toy is smooth and easy to clean; if not possible the toy should be removed.-The lego table in the OSC Room was visibly unclean; please unclean

- -Bingo dabbers in the Pre-school room were labelled keep out of reach of children. Please ensure that only non-toxic supplies are used.

- -Linens used in this social care facility are not being properly cleaned and/or handled. While on-site a staff member attempted to take a used cloth for surfaces. Linens used within a social care facility must be cleaned, disinfected, and mechanically dried between uses.
