      • The walk in cooler was 10C. Most potentially hazardous foods had been removed, but some remained such as milk products and foods which labels indicate they are potentially hazardous.
      • Remove all potentially hazardous foods immediately. Review all manufacturer labelling to ensure foods do not require refrigeration. Timeline: Immediate Comments A follow up inspection was conducted to the June 24, 2026 report. A follow up inspection will be booked for approximately July 17, 2026. Improvement has been made since this inspection. However, a re-inspection must be conducted. The date is to be determined. The following violations have been corrected: 108: The chlorine dishwasher has been repaired to have 100 ppm sanitizer solution. 118: The food safety and sanitation plans are available. Temperature logs are are maintained. Comments regarding the remaining outstanding items: * Ensure to remove the bug zapper from the food areas. * 109: The walk in cooler and freezer ceilings are peeling. Note: A repairperson has been booked to do this work within the next week. * 110: Most foods have protective coverings, but some samosas were freezing in the walk in freezer. No uncovered foods may be in these areas event temporarily as there is peeling paint on the ceiling. * 113: The paper towel has been repaired in the front service area, but the back area one must be replaced as it is permanently broken. Staff have ordered the replacement. * 113: Hot water has been fixed at the front hand sink, but the back area hand sink has not yet been repaired. Staff state the repair will be completed in the next week. * 114: The trash is more organized, but some canola oil boxes remain. Ensure these are placed into a rodent proof bin. Refer to the June 24, 2026 routine inspection for details of any outstanding violations.

One of the dispensers had paper towel placed into it, but the remaining one did not as it would not open. Staff have started to maintain temperature logs. All previously identified corrective actions are outstanding. Refer to the original report for required actions. Keep our office apprised of all actions taken to correct violations.
