- Observation(s): No hot water was available to facility faucets at the time of inspection (only cold water). According to staff, building services was in the process of replacing the building hot water supply system. Please confirm restoration of hot water to all faucets at sinks within the Spoon food service kitchen.

- Observation(s): Cleaning buckets observed being stored within the facility hand washing sink. Please ensure that the facility hand washing sink remains free and clear/available for handwashing at all times during operation.
