Although facility layout and equipment were deemed acceptable at the time of inspection, please provide a floor plan to interior health noting changes and additional equipment - Please note that a copy of approved floorplans are maintained by Interior Health in the electronic file for UBC Okanagan Campus Wellness & Education.
