      • November 15: In the mechanical room, there appeared to be a leak coming from one of the water heaters, which as causing a small puddle of water and what appeared to be rust.December 3: No change.

      • In the mechanical room, there appeared to be a leak coming from one of the water heaters, which as causing a small puddle of water and what appeared to be rust.

      • The main pool operator has Mondays and Tuesdays off and was off additionally Wednesday and Thursday. There were no records of daily testing occurring on these days of absence. Another person is required to have knowledge of chemical testing, regulatory parameters, corrective actions, when to closea pool, and submitting water samples.

      • Chemical parameters were not being tested daily, nor were they being properly recorded.

      • Standing water was present in the mechanical room due to a pump being broken. Chemicals were being stored on or low to the ground, allowing water infiltration. Ensure all water is cleaned up and remove any damaged chemicals. Store all chemicals a minimum of 6 inches off the ground or in containers impervious to water infiltration.

Sections which were heavily damaged and sharp were covered with pool noodles and zip ties during inspection, however a long term plan must be decided upon and submitted to the PHI for discussion and review.
