- During a declared outbreak, facility was using approximately 500 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution vs. the required 1000 ppm solution. This was due to infrequent remaking of solution and user error with difficult to read test strips. All sanitizing solutions were increased at the request of the PHI and new test strips that are easier to read were ordered.

- The high temperature dishwasher was ran 3 times and only achieved a maximum temperature of 70C. The required minimum is 71C at plate level. Please adjust the temperature setting or have maintenance performed to determine the issue.
