    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Two large sections (approximately 1'X2' and 1'X1') of the basin lining have lifted and subsequently broken off. Sections of this material were visible throughout the pool, causing a physical injury risk. One edge of the larger missing section appeared to be sharp and could cause injury when coming down the water slide. As a temporary measure, large black new industrial kitchen mats were placed over these sections, and the pieces in the basin were removed by net. A long-term solution to this issue must be created and submitted to the PHI for review and approval.
