- Expired cosmetic injectables such as NAD vitamins and Hyaluronidase were stored in the fridge containing other client cosmetic products. **Expired cosmetic products were discarded by the operator.**Cosmetic products must be used and discarded according to manufacturer's specifications.

Operator stated that rubbing alcohol is used to clean and disinfect environmental surfaces. **Obtain a disinfectant.**Environmental surfaces that come into contact with client skin must be cleaned and disinfected with at a minimum a low-level disinfectant. **Alcohol cannot be used as a disinfectant because its effectiveness cannot be guaranteed against bacteria and viruses.2. PREempt RTU bottles underneath the sinks in the client service rooms were expired. **Expired PREempt RTU bottles were discarded by the operator.
