      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket at front food service area was measured @ 50 ppm QUAT. Dispenser Container was empty. QUAT @ 200ppm is required to allow for adequate disinfection.
      • Corrective action: Ensure daily monitoring of sanitizer solution (QUAT @ 200ppm).
      • Replace container as needed. Ensure bucket containing rag is replaced max every 2 hours.

      • Observation: Opening observed under back exit door. Rubber seal was broken --> potential chew marks of rodents. These conditions allow for the enterance of pests.
      • Corrective action: replace door sweep under rear exit. Replace rubber seal between 2 front doors (gap observed)

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sani-stations and sanitizer bucket was tested @ less than or equal to 100ppm Quats during inspection. The solutions in the sani-stations looked murky. Staff changed all the sanitizer solutions at time of inspection, and it was tested again @ 200ppm Quats.
      • Corrective actions: Ensure sanitizer solutions are always at the correct concentration to effectively reduce microorganisms on food contact surfaces. Change sanitizer as often as needed through out the day. Ensure to use test strips to test the concentration of the solutions. When filling out sanitizer from the dispenser, ensure to run it for 5-10 seconds to allow new mixures into the line, so it is at the correct concentration.
