      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand washing sinks are equipped with running hot/cold water for adequate hand washing. Repair/adjust hand washing sinks to allow for running hot and cold water. As a temporary measure ensure use of the sink by the kitchen doors - ensure this sink is stocked with soap and paper towel.
