- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mixer for iced frappe is rinse using sanitizer. Residual sanitizer will be in the mixed drinks. Container of coffee with spout was stored directly on the floor in the walk in cooler. Boxes of frozen items in the walk-in freezer were stored on the floor underneath the last shelf.
- Corrective Action(s): Follow Sanitation Plan for rinsing mixer. Use iced water that is changed frequently as soon as ice melts. Store container off the floor in the walk in cooler and all boxes of food in the freezer must be stored on the shelf (min. 6 inches off the floor).
