      • None present during the inspection. Comments Routine inspection. Handsinks fully stocked. Coolers =4°C, freezers =-18°C. No hot holding. Temperature logs maintained. Surface sanitizer 200-400 ppm Quats in point of use buckets and dispenser. Dishwasher reached >72°C at the plate level in sanitizing rinse. No pest activity observed. Facility is clean and well maintained. Ice machine and ice well is clean; scoops are stored correctly. Note: Non-equivalent FoodSafe level 1 certified staff present; updated training scheduled with equivalent program. Note: Ensure in-use blenders are fully washed & sanitized at least once every two hours, rinsing does not sufficiently remove bacteria and/or allergens. Currently washed & sanitized every 4 hours.
