      • Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the following areas:
      • -under the mezzanine stairs
      • -under the 2 compartment sink
      • -under the glove drying station
      • -in the mezzanine workshop area
      • -around the hot water tank downstairs near the electrical panel
      • 1X dead mouse found on sticky trap beside the mezzanine CO2 tank, 1X beside the mezzanine workshop black tub, and 1X in front of the electrical panel in the brew tank area.
      • Sticky traps in tin cat boxes checked, no catches noted.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the above noted areas are cleaned on a more frequent basis. Remove the dead mice and droppings and sanitize area
