- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 omelettes (23C), 1 container of scrambled eggs (24C), and 1 insert of cabbage and bean sprouts (23C) were left on top of the countertop hot holder at the takeout station in the kitchen. Product had been cooked off and kept at room temp to accommodate orders on ubereats
