      • 1. There was no diapering procedure posted at the diapering station.-Please post approved diapering poster at all stations to ensure proper diapering procedures are followed.2. Sanitizer's test strip was not available during the inspection.-Please provide suitable test strips and ensure sanitizer's concentration is monitored as required.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • Facility's first aid Kit missing antiseptic wipes and mouth-to-mouth CPR barrier.-Please provide the indicated items in the First aid kit.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Water temperature was measured at 28 degrees Celsius at one of the handwashing sinks.-Please increase and maintain water temperature between 38-43 degrees Celsius to ensure proper handwashing process.
