      • The hot water temperature at the upstairs toddler room handwashing sink, which was accessible to children, was measured at 59.5C using an IR and probe thermometer. Ensure the hot water temperature is maintained at 49C or below at all times.

      • Shaving foam with a warning label was stored in an unlocked cabinet within children’s reach in the toddler's and kinder space downstairs. The operator locked the cabinet. Ensure cabinets are secured and chemical products are kept out of children's reach at all times.

      • The hot water temperature at the upstairs toddler room handwashing sink, which was accessible to children, was measured at 59.5C using an IR and probe thermometer. Ensure the hot water temperature is maintained at 49C or below at all times.

      • Sleeping cots near the infant room were stored near the area where shoes are kept. Cots were immediately relocated to a different area onsite.
