Follow-up will be conducted to ensure that the solution is bought and accessible in the facility.

      • The Vaseline that was in the waxing area had physical contamination. Hairs were observed to be in the container. The operator was made aware and the container was discarded. Please ensure that all cosmetic products are prevented from contamination. Use a disposable stick to scoop out Vaseline and that no double-dipping is occurring.
