    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The chlorine sanitizer solutions in the rooms were measured at 50 ppm concentration. After the conversation with the director, new chlorine solutions were prepared which were measured at 100 ppm concentration.Please ensure to replace the chlorine solution every couple of hours to maintain the concentration of chlorine.

      • A bare piece of 1X4 wood is being used to support the hand sink nearest to the kitchen. Bare wood is not considered cleanable and water resistant. Please paint or otherwise seal this wood. If the wall mounting for this hand sink is starting to pull away from the wall, the entire sink and counter may need to be reinstalled and reinforced.
