    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The refrigerator was measured at 5.6 degrees C. After the conversation with the director, it was determined that the refrigerator door did not close properly due to the gasket being in disrepair. Heavy-duty tape was used to ensure the door closed properly, and the temperature was reduced to 4 degrees C in a few minutes.Please repair/replace the refrigerator door gasket ensuring that the refrigerator temperature is maintained at 4 degrees C or less.

      • The handwashing sink was obstructed as there was a small pail present in the sink.After the conversation with the director, it was removed from the sink. Please ensure the handwashing sink is accessible at all times.

      • The bottom shelf of the refrigerator is in disrepair.Please ensure surfaces are smooth, easily cleanable, durable, and impervious to moisture.
